Orders are prepared within 48 hours (excluding weekends and French public holidays).

• France: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 2–8 business days
• United Kingdom, United States, Canada: 4–10 business days
Shipping fees:
• France: €9
• European Union: €15
• Rest of the world: €25
Taxes are included for deliveries within the European Union. Orders shipped outside the EU are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Customers are responsible for paying any duties and taxes at delivery.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, upon request to customercare@aytstudio.com, provided items are unworn and in perfect condition. For your first order, a prepaid return label will be provided free of charge. For subsequent returns, a flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs (€9 France, €15 EU, €25 rest of the world).
