Additional European destinations (outside the EU):

We do not deliver to other regions at this time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on your location and the selected method.
- France: €9
- EU: €15
- Rest of the world: €25
Taxes are included for the EU and UK.
For other countries including US and Canada, duties may apply at delivery if not collected at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- France: 2–4 business days
- Europe (EU & non-EU): 2–8 business days
- UK, US & Canada: 4–10 business days
Please note: Customs processing or courier delays may extend these timeframes.
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
Return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Returns
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Yes. Under EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase.

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Yes, a flat fee will be deducted from your refund:
- France: €9
- EU: €15
- Rest of the world: €25
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Bank delays may occur.
