The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") are entered into between:

Hereinafter referred to as "The Seller"

Any individual wishing to make a purchase on the Seller's website
www.aytstudio.com, hereinafter referred to as "The Client".

Article 1 – Purpose These Terms define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Client and the conditions applicable to all purchases made through the Seller’s online shop.

The purchase of a product implies full acceptance of these Terms, which prevail over any other general or specific terms not expressly approved by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, without prior notice. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

Clients declare they are at least 18 years old and legally capable.

Article 2 – The Website The website www.aytstudio.com is operated by the Seller and accessible to all internet users. The website sells women's fashion and accessories for personal use only. AYT Studio reserves the right to refuse any order suspected of being intended for resale.

Article 3 – Products The products displayed on the website are available within the limits of stock. The Seller strives for accurate descriptions and visuals but cannot guarantee perfect color representation due to screen settings.

In the event of unavailability after ordering, the Client will be informed as soon as possible, and the unavailable items will be refunded.

AYT Studio retains ownership of the products until full payment has been received.

Article 4 – Prices Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of VAT, excluding shipping fees. The total amount including taxes and shipping appears in the order summary before payment.

Prices may change at any time but are fixed once the order is confirmed. Typographical errors may be corrected.

Article 5 – Payment Payments are secured via Shopify Payments. The Client may pay using the following methods:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• CB
• American Express
• Apple Pay
• PayPal
• Shop Pay

Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or unpaid order.

Article 6 – Orders The ordering process includes:

1. Selection of products and adding to cart
2. Accessing cart and confirming order
3. Providing billing and delivery information
4. Payment and acceptance of Terms

An email confirmation is sent upon order and shipping. For orders over €120, a copy is archived for 10 years in accordance with article L.213-1 of the French Consumer Code.

Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Article 7 – Delivery Products are shipped to the address indicated by the Client. Delivery options include DHL, Colissimo, Chronopost, and Mondial Relay.

Shipping times vary based on availability and destination. AYT Studio commits to dispatch within 30 days maximum, barring force majeure. Clients must check packaging and contents upon delivery and notify the carrier and the Seller of any issue within 3 working days.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other factors beyond its control.

Article 8 – Returns and Withdrawal Clients may return any item within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Returns are at the Client’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case the Seller provides a return label.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Archive and cosmetic items must comply with specific return conditions.

Article 9 – Data Protection Personal data is collected for the purpose of processing orders and improving customer service.

Data may be shared with service providers including: Shopify, PayPal, DHL, Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay. Some data may be transferred outside the EU with appropriate safeguards.

Clients have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the use of their data by contacting: customercare@aytstudio.com

Article 10 – Liability and Force Majeure The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance caused by unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, stock shortages or transport disruptions.

The Seller is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses due to late or failed deliveries. Product colors and textures may slightly vary due to display settings.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property All elements of the site, including visuals, logos and text, are the exclusive property of AYT Studio and protected under copyright and intellectual property law.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use will be subject to legal action.

Article 13 – Severability If any clause in these Terms is found invalid, the other clauses remain valid and enforceable.

Article 14 – Entire Agreement These Terms and the order summary form the entire agreement between the Client and the Seller.

Article 15 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction lies with French courts.
