Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

A flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs:

📌 Damaged Items or Order Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
📌 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
📌 Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
📌 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
📌 Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banking processing times may delay the posting of your refund.
